Terrible unprofessional bought a lot after email about postage told pay for item first that s how it works bit rude I thought so paid three weeks later a lot of emails later nothing This auction house are frauds do not waste hout yimr ot money

The worst place to buy anything The office manager was the most hostile person you can find in any service provider in Dublin I would give 0 star if I were given the option

Absolutely shocked at the rudeness and unprofessional nature of this so called business My husband and I are good customers of these weekly auctions but our selling experience has been terrible They lost an item that they were to sell for us and when we tried to follow up on it we were met with a hostile and arrogant response from the Director Ross Graham Apparently we are to blame for them losing said item because a we don t have a photo of it and b they wouldn t sell fire items in the summer months Which is a curious comment considering their last auction contained Christmas items Horrific company to deal with Avoid at all costs

Beware of South Dublin Auctions I purchased three items of jewellery on 17 12 23 through the EasyLive platform paying in full immediately Despite numerous requests for postage I experienced significant delays and unprofessional rude communication After being told there would be no shipping for that auction I faced rude responses from an unnamed manager It wasn t until 08 02 24 that I was informed one piece was lost with the other two pieces to be posted I provided my IBAN for a refund on 10 02 24 Despite multiple follow-ups as of 16 07 24 I have not received my refund All my attempts to resolve this issue have been ignored I have contacted the ombudsman and urge potential buyers to be cautious EasyLive platform hosts this company but does not take responsibility for their actions Ensure you are fully aware of whom you are dealing with before making any purchases

Rude unaccountable and poor communication Best avoided

Very poor communication difficult to contact Did not send a tracking number and did not notify me when item was returned to sender Did not respond to emails had to call multiple times per week over the course of two weeks for them to actually pick up They sent the item to the wrong address then tried to cover it up Employees were courteous but manager was rude Refused to pay for re-postage of the item until I threatened a chargeback Overall a very poor experience I would avoid if you plan on having the item posted instead of picking it up

Dodgy

I submitted 7 lots for sale which they accepted only five appeared on site When I enquired they said not enough auction value on those they had never told me this They said collect them next time you re passing with no specific timeframe When I went to collect payment on my goods sold and retrieve my unsaleable goods only three of five items sold was on invoice they reviewed this and found one item they omitted in my payment and said the other was unsold When I asked about retrieving my items not put up for auction and the unsold one they informed me that there was a 7 day period for this which I had missed I said no one had told me this at any point at which they repeated Terms and Conditions ad nauseam Having accepted two lots from me to be put up for sale and then deciding not to sell them I should have been informed of this with instructions to collect as they were no longer under their sale terms and conditions It is my belief they are a bunch of unprofessional opportunistic chancers I would advise people not to sell through them

This auction house resold items up to the value of 200 euros which they said i did not collect on time this was wrong as i sent a courrier up on time who said he was treated rudely and told to go away I tried to plead with them to no avail they wrre rude and intransigent and although they have good auctions steer clear of them they are an ignorant shower of

Shocking communication They dump all our stuff that they didn t sell while not responding to our emails A very frustrating and upsetting experience They didn t include everything in the auction even though it had value and not until we followed up and mentioned certain pieces were they then added I wouldn t trust this business with anything precious or that would have value personal or monetary
