I can not believe that I found a groomer who can actually cut my nails back right and short I could only recommend Lianne to anyone Amazing service price is an actual bargain for the quality of service provided taken there is only one dog is being groomed at the time

Had my very nervous Staffy s claws but by Lianne and she was fab Really patient and gentle but also no nonsense and took his diva dramatics in her stride She barely even acknowledged the scratch she received from his razor like claws Highly recommend and wished I lived closer so I could use her regularly

Grooming a nervous dog

Our dog Lenny is a very nervous boy and can be people reactive We were bricking it the day of his grooming desensitisation appointment we needn t had worried Lianne was great with him and he was even able to have his muzzle taken off after a few mins A weight off our mind

Fantastic visit

Once again a good visit to Lianne the groomer our dog has anxiety issues and Lianne has come to know him during previous visits She was quick to realise he was becoming anxious and arranged for a call to me advising of this and a discussion around what we would like to do regarding his bath and grooming session We agreed to not wash him as the dryer would heighten his anxiety further So she gave him a good brush but more importantly spent a lot of time giving him fuss and keeping him calm When we returned it was obvious she had managed this very well as he was less anxious than earlier We agreed to return a week later to carry on with desensitisation of his anxiety with the drier A very positive end to what could have caused an increase in his state and made further visits worse A very experienced person for reactive dogs Thank you Lianne

Happy and content

Our pup is a nervous little dog who hates being groomed After arriving very tentative she came out very happy and content It was great how Lianne asked lots of questions before grooming and during the groom played with our dog to make it more fun than stressful She came out happy and looking lovely - the groom was exactly what I had asked for

Lianne was very patient with Stanley who hated his previous groom elsewhere She took her time with him and went at his pace picking up when he was getting anxious and co trolling the situation Apart from all that he came out smelling amazing

Lianne made me feel comfortable straight away and gave me a text 10 mins in to reassure me Hendricks was behaving I pick him up smelling lovely and happy I also got a follow up call about some things she noticed and advice about keeping and eye on his paw
