Rude and unprofessional
I m extremely disappointed with South Moon Under s poor customer service and unprofessionalism I purchased an item just an hour before a sale started but they refused to honor the 30 discount which would have saved me 69 99 Their strict inflexible policy is unreasonable and the dismissive rude response I received from customer service made it clear they don t value their customers I won t shop here again and will share my experience with others If you value fair treatment and good service avoid this store they clearly don t care

My item arrived quickly and in good shape I gave it as a gift and it broke very quickly due to manufacturer s defect but the customer service immediately gave me a refund A great experience- I d order from this company again

I recommend South Moon Under
I am just a person who likes to shop and I recently purchased a Free People Bunny Sweater from South Moon Under I had never heard of this store but noticed they had multiple locations in the US They had the best price and seemed legit so I went forward and purchased I am happy to say that I got exactly what I ordered at a great price The shipping was about 8 or 9 so that is factored in but it was still less to order here than retail I am a happy customer
