I was extremely worried I had a Knotweed problem I emailed southwestknotweed co uk rather late in the day and was responded to outside of hours and given a verdict that same evening Luckily its NOT knotweed and being given this information so promptly is such a relief Richard knew exactly what I was going through and although the result means I will not need his professional help the impact of his kindness is something I will express to others

certainly NOT disabled friendlyUPDATEsouthwestknotweed co uk tried to get our review removed on the basis it cointained harmful or illegal content But Trustpilot rightly refused their removal request as unfounded But it goes to show IMHO just how dishonest and pretentious southwestknotweed co uk are RESPONSE to Richard White s nonsense further belowYou have edited the emails You are totally dishonest therefore You did not send me your last email It is only controlled in certain scenarios It is fully lawful to send it for medicinal purposes which I specified is what I needed it for I never once gave any indication I wanted to would reintroduce the plant into the environment did I You can buy it as Resveratrol on Amazon and elsewhere Richard please then also explain why you claimed my review was illegal to Trustpilot My review was not illegal was it You said my review was illegal as you were desparate to have my review removed even if it meant telling a lie correct Richard White the TROLL Hmmm researching me Thing is Richard White like many people I rarely leave positive reviews but do leave deserved negative ones The reason I leave so many go research more closely is I leave a negative review for anyone that spams me yes i get a lot of spam bizarly from Indian based web developers who have bought an illegal database showing me to be an ecommerce multiple site owner manager when I am no such thing - so look and you will see most of my reviews for for Indian spammers I know you meant to demean my my review of your company but you only actually demeaned yourself

I was concerned about a possible knotweed infestation I used the free identification service and had a reply within a couple of hours thankfully not knotweed The service I received was helpful kind and fast I am very grateful to them for putting my fears to rest
