I have been using Sovereign cruise club for more than 10 years now Quite often I check The prices of other options including the cruise lines themselves and ALWAYS they are the most cost-effective I ve worked mostly with Megan but EVERYONE is ALWAYS very quick to respond and extremely efficient at booking and or any changes I have Highly referred them to everyone of our friends and family THANK YOU for your great service spirit of excellence and attention to detail

After being recommended by someone on a cruise with us I decided to give Sovereign a ring We have never looked back I always try to speak to Megan and she is an asset to the company never too much trouble to sort things out Recently had to transfer a cruise due to family emergency and Megan came to the for front and sorted it all out for another cruise Never had a problem that they do not ring you back after asking for a ring back We always love Seabourn and find that their prices Sovereign are well within the best that are on offer In fact we have more cruises booked through Sovereign for the rest of this year Keep up the good work

We first used Sovereign in April 2002 based on a recommendation by Seabourn themselves and never looked back We always book our cruise travel through Sovereign 3 or 4 cruises per year and find their service impeccable Charlotte Emery is our adopted adviser but when not available any request or query is dealt with immediately by such a friendly and professional team We have recommended Sovereign on several occasions even to friends in the US and Australia they have been suitably impressed and also still continue using them They have a great web-site Seabourn could learn a few things there and either pre-booking during a trip or post cruise Sovereign are the best

We were recommended to Sovereign in 2007 and from our first interaction with them it was clear that we would not be considering booking with any other company It is rare today to receive such courtesy and also knowledge of the products they sell No matter who one speaks to the response is always from a well-trained employee who believes that the customer is an important entity In a different country when cruises were cancelled as Covid struck the assistance we received from the Managing Director Mr Stefan Shillito was unlikely to be found in any other organisation The care and consideration to detail that we have received from the M D and others we have spoken to over the years have been exemplary It is evident that the M D has instilled the essence of this company and no matter how often one contacts them the interest in the questions or comments couldn t be more professional We have recommended numerous friends to Sovereign who have not been disappointed The Director s Support Manager Stephanie works to a very high standard as does Charlotte the Reservations Manager who is not only extremely efficient but also knowledgeable People such as these only go towards the high professional standard that this company strives to achieve at every level
