Great Customer Service

I ordered an SV03 printer during one of Sovol s sales from their website as it was significantly cheaper than Amazon It arrived a few days later and after I assembled it I was pleased with the results Unfortunately it did seem to randomly drop power during printing on occasion which caused some frustration I reached out to Sovol s customer support and they ran me through diagnosing the issue It was decided that it was likely a faulty power supply and they shipped me out a new one free of charge I replaced the old power supply with the new one and it solved the sporadic power drops The prints have come out very well since then and I ve had only positive experiences with Sovol s customer support I expect to buy from them again from them in the future I was not offered any incentive or payment to post this review

After reporting an issue with my printer Jan from CS arranged a replacement part and had it shipped to me 9 days total shipping time is pretty good in my eyes

Wonderful service

I had my printer for a couple months and had had several really good prints but one print failed in a big way and left a blob of filament that ripped off the thermistor wiring After some initial communication in which I supplied Sean with some photographs Support was very understanding and sent me an entire new extruder and hotend Amazing customer service

Competent and helpful customer service

I purchased a set of heat breaks for my SV05 and the size of the product I received was incorrect After explaining the problem to Jan at customer service Claudia confirmed the tracking number and a few weeks later I received the correct heat breaks Overall a positive experience

Just don t buy anything from them

Just don t buy anything from them they messed up two of my deliveries take the money and after that you cannot contact them and want a refund of the item you originally wanted Complete scamming

Deceptive Listing Practices And don t count on support

I ordered a Sovol SO-2 straight from the sovol3d website in December with the 10w compressed spot laser module In the two months that I have had it I have experimented with a number of different materials and every possible combination of speed power passes settings and have gotten nowhere near the performance they claim this module is capable of at any point More to the point the performance I have gotten from the laser has been inconsistent at best Their claim on the site of 100 power at F250 cutting through 3mm wood plate is a blatant lie as it takes more than 5 passes with these settings to even see any cut-through at all on the backside of the plate and still more passes after that to cut an entire shape out When engraving I have to use about 25 of the recommended speeds to get any kind of results at all on most materials And on top of all of that the specified focal distancce listed on their site isn t even accurate as I am able to get much sharper details when I focus 2mm closer than specified Thinking that maybe I received the wrong module since it isn t even labeled with specs or perhaps a faulty one since the focal point is obviously not correct I reached out to their support email for assistance hoping that they might be able to shed some light on why my laser is under-performing so badly but I have yet to receive a response of any kind I m shopping around for another module elsewhere at this point obviously you get what you pay for with this company I recommend avoiding their products if you want quality control or customer service of any kind
