Aztec West Spa fitness is a heaven in Bristol

Each and every visit to Aztec West Spa fitness has been truly amazing Unfortunately their prices are rather high for me so Im not a member but it is a real treat when I can manage to go on single entry basis Despite being expensive well it is 4star after all I definitely recommend it It is beautifully maintained renovated and so clean The staff are very helpful and professionel even in appearance The food the selection the service and the atmosphere are all lush a pure pleasure

Outstanding stay at Aztec hotel and spa Bristol

I stayed at the Aztec hotel and spa Bristol West on the 12th February with my partner and 2 month old son we had booked a night away as a birthday treat and found it so outstanding that we booked another night The room facilities were incredible they had everything you could need great facilities for a baby too Had breakfast the first morning which was amazing staff were very friendly especially Anca who was very friendly and ensured that everything was ok and offered to take a photo of us when we were taking some of us between us without hesitation We had an evening meal in the bar on the Monday night the filet steak was amazing and the waiter was great unfortunately we can t remember his name Full use of the spa which was great and my partner enjoyed using the gym I booked a treatment my massage and spa was amazing which was done by Giada Reception staff were always helpful especially Kennedy who helped when we wanted to change rooms to have a bath and help to track down a lost shirt Overall incredible experience will definitely be making a return and will recommend to anybody to pay a visit

Fabulous 4 star hotel all staff amazing especially Sharon who brought room service breakfast Great pool and spa Cottons is set in the Cheshire countryside Stayed here many times Thx to all staff

Cottons Hotel Knutsford Cheshire The 5 stars are for the wonderful staff who had to deflect numerous complaints from a guest Disappointed no Sunday roast stopped last year and the only side salad was beetroot To allow spa guests to dine in robes in the restaurant was surprising Been coming here for 60 years

Perfect from check in to check out staff were lovely especially Peter and Laura the food was delicious and prepared with quality fresh ingredients bed was wonderful and the breakfast was amazing the hotel is faultless and for such a large hotel all the personal touches are present I recommend Cottons Hotel and Spa without hesitation and will be returning in the very near future
