I recently used Space Station again to store my student belongings and I couldn t be happier with the experience The staff was friendly and helpful and the whole process was smooth from start to finish The facility was clean secure and easily accessible whenever I needed to retrieve my items I highly recommend Space Station for anyone looking for reliable and convenient storage solutions

From our first contact with the Hall Green staff Nov 2023 until we vacated the unit in Aug 2024 the level of customer has been first class Nothing was too much trouble for them The facility was kept immaculate and the security most reassuring We would have no hesitation in recommending Space Station

Due to the fact that the delivery driver didn t help offload the pallet of 20 boxes Derek the insight guy realised that I was going to need help partly due to my Parkinsons shakes proceeded to offload all the boxes into the lockup for me Outstanding service He mentioned he liked the workout I still felt bad though

I m a university student and the way that Space Station has helped me go through this storage process with comfort clarity and ease is something I appreciate so much They are very clear and friendly with how they handle their services I will very much be using space station again for the rest of my uni years and I m looking forward to seeing them again next year

The experience of using Space Station Castle Bromwich was very good The facilities were excellent and the storage unit was just what was required The online calculation tool was helpful in deciding what size unit we needed The unit and indeed the whole of the premises were kept in a spotless condition It was very useful to have free collection and delivery of our goods to the unit The staff were always very friendly and helpful I would greatly recommend the company and this site in particular
