Made an order on the 1st of December never came asked for update and was told it was out of stock asked for my money back and was sent a link to an amazon page saying a label had been printed asked for refund again and was told they are investigating the logistics No mention of me asking for my money back complete scam

Claims to have a studio in London but is not a legally registered company in the UK according to UK Companies House register Claimed to ship from within UK within 10 days lied items were shipped from hong kong and took a month to arrive Items arrived damaged and broken now refuse to refund and forcing us to pay shipment to return broken goods to hong kong The product description was a lie too its not made from wood but they continue to claim it is Have contacted them multiple times and they keep offering 70 refund this is against UK law the gov uk website clearly states that all online purchases should be refundable and returnable They pretended to be in the UK and now UK law does not protect the buyer because they are in hong kong Its going to cost us a lot of money to return broken goods and I doubt we will ever see our money Stay away It s a drop-ship scam

Don t order

Don t order My order wasn t sent out for more than 2 weeks When it arrived the boxes were damaged because it was sent in a plastic bag The bulb I ordered looks nothing like the online pictures not as colorful and just cheap I contacted the support and they sent me a 20 voucher Really bad experience

Shipping information is inaccurate

Shipping information is inaccurate ordered one of their products as a gift it still hasn t turned up Received an email stating there has been an error with tracking numbers and to email them if I needed it have still not received a response and have no ide where my order is or who to contact to get resolved Poor ordering experience and no customer service

Not trustworthy

Claiming that they send the order next bussines day Here i am waiting over two weeks with parcel tracking shows that the package wasnt even placed for transfer Be smarter than me and stay away from this company

Bad costumer service no refund Still waiting for my money

Product looked not like the pictures I sent them back over a month ago haven t heard anything from them since then Spent 70 for those items and even payed for the return package and haven t gotten my money back Really really disappointed I wouldnt recommended ordering from them

Another Fake Company

Do not trust this company as they fob you off with delivery woes I ordered a product on 25 November I chased it up 12 December but it takes Space Artsy 24 hours to reply with a tracking number for Royal Mail on 30 November but they haven t received it yet So they still have not posted my order P3160326 Luckily I used a credit card so will have them recover my funds from this scam company Do not purchase from this Space Artsy

These are cheap rubbish made to look appealing with a flashy website The supposed high street store shown in the website doesn t exist its fake I would return it but know I will never see the refund lesson learnt - dont buy stuff off Insta
