I rented out my space the support staff confirmed via email that the renter had paid even though the web site said 0 00 earned Now the site says the payment failed support is unresponsive and I still don t have any money deposited in my bank account No wonder they have an F rating from the Better Business Bureau I ll probably have no choice but to cancel the booking

This is the biggest scam I booked a parking spot over a month in advance I was supposed to have it for the entire month of June Paid already The parking lot was full last night and when i contacted customer service asking what to do they cancelled my reservation without my permission and offered ZERO help besides well send you a list of other spots in your town So unprofessional I can t believe this is a real business

Complete Scam - Immediately towed and ticketed my car and I was charged for everything

I booked a space through the website My application was approved and then I was sent to a difference location from the owner than the spot I reserved on the website I received confirmation of the address and followed the owner s instructions I sent a picture of my car in the spot and received confirmation with the owner I was in the correct spot When I went back a few days later to get my car it was gone They towed my car and it had been sitting in an impound lot and I also had a parking ticket I reached out to customer service at Spacer and sent them all the proof that the owner confirmed I was in the correct spot They sided with the owner and kept charging me So basically I paid a company to tow my car Complete scam
