Revised review One pair of spaires literally disintegrated at the seam Contacted customer services who agreed to refund the pair which I thought was fair They refunded a pair of socks instead despite having a photograph of the briefs They then asked for proof of purchase as they could only find socks Sent proof of purchase and they then said they couldn t do anything as the order was over 6 months ago They weren t opened and worn straight away so I fail to see why this is relevant Seemed to be making it up as they go along Wasn t expecting much from them and really just wanted to query why my pair were faulty but I m quite disappointed with their customer service As a matter of principle will be buying from other companies going forwards
