Appalling service I ordered a thick high quality PVC hose to use with the air conditioner I had one like this with the AC but it s just 1 5m so I ordered a 3m one They sent me some cheap thin plastic one When I contacted them by email as they don t pick up phone at all they said it s the right one even though I sent them pictures and it s clear from the pictures that it s a completely different products Now they don t want to give me full refund they want me to pay the postage costs and 20 restocking fee

Ordered a replacement hinge for our oven with delivery of 2-5 working days but 15 days later I still have no working oven They use Yodel as their courier Yodel I believe have lost the package but my contract is with Spare and Square who are dodging the issue and are now ignoring my emails
