Worst bank ever
Worst bank ever Spare Bank 1 Oslo Few years ago I had a house loan bank accounts etc Once I lost my card so I went to the bank for help but they did not want to help at all the treated me like I was no one so I decided to move my loan to another bank I must say thank you for being useless because the new bank where I transferred the loan give me a much lower interest rate and I am saving lot of money

Sparebank 1 lindorf br nn yregister
Very bad practice from Sparebank1 I bought a scooter with guaranteed loan from them without knowing Previous owner stopped paying the loan and i got contacted by Lindorf that wanted to take my scooter for 3000kr Sparebank1 do not care about honest people Now the loan is fully reimbursed they have still not removed the loan guarantee from br nn yregistere after 6 months Sparebank1 not recommended

Avoid
The staff is undertrained and gives conflicting information I have never seen less competent people in a bank and I have been a client of several throughout the EU This is quite serious since you are entrusting these people with your salary or savings for example They have no respect for your time and they are extremely inflexible Just try to find another bank where people know how to communicate give clear and accurate information and really solve the problems which might arise

Terrible Business Ethics
One of their mortgage consultant called me around 10 o clock morning I missed the call and called back to the consultant that afternoon The consultant blamed me You call back after hours and kept arguing heavily I asked do you want to continue the mortgage business The consultant said I am not sure and kept arguing This bank s business ethics is opposed to the common business ethics How does this bank still survive in the market

This bank has a terrible culture and disgusting working ethics After I sent application to mortgage boligl n one of their consultants Elisabeth Vu tried to contact me 22 Jul 2022 14 58 by phone call The consultant called me and turned off her phone immediately However I knew the call was about mortage then I dropped my work and tried to reach back Because the consultant turned off her phone I spent over 10 minutes to reach her out and got nothing I did even call 915 07040 their customer service phone number two times The consultant was cheating his her working time and wasting my time

No disposal of your own money
Sparebank 1 may be good for regional matters or for shopping at the Coop For everything else especially larger transfers or international transfers you should give this bank a wide berth With our very well-filled bank account I tried to make a transfer to my mother-in-law in Germany As 20 000 euros were not permitted I tried to do it in 5 000 euro increments All payments were stopped by the bank without explanation and my mother-in-law was unable to receive any money The reason given on the phone was that I should have ticked the cost-sharing box This is nonsense as cost sharing is always preset and does not have to be ticked The company s own employees are not familiar with the system Another lady on the phone seemed willing and motivated at first She researched that the monthly transfer limit had been reached and that further transfers were not possible We had just started the month so I was completely incapacitated My insistent attempts to increase the transfer limit were unsuccessful The lady did say that she would send me a document that I would have to fill in to change the limit but I never received anything like that until today To this day I can t make any more international transfers and have to wait until the beginning of the new month As I don t consider any of this to be a good situation and certainly not a service - we are indeed talking about our OWN money which we want to use - I have already organized a new bank We are now in the private banking division of DNB and our experience here has been incredibly positive We hope it stays that way As soon as all the money is withdrawn from the Sparebanken 1 I will close my account I absolutely can not recommend this bank Even if this would be up to regulations the information and help of this bank is inacceptable in my opinion
