Oven door glass search
Different companies had different part numbers for a cooker door Spares4appliances took the whole serial number and code and contacted Hotpoint When they got the door out to send it was damaged They contacted me straightaway and ordered and other and sent next day service It was really well packed I wish all online stores or high st shops gave this type of service I don t mind if things go wrong as long as people do everything possible to put it right without asking me to keep phoning and chasing them I will use again

Excellent Service Great Product
I ordered a new control panel for my oven the item turned up very fast It was easy to fit and well packaged to ensure no damage could ve been sustained during transit The item I ordered was then reduced a day later and spares4appliances refunded me the difference They are fast at replying to emails and delivering quality equipment A superb company to deal with I would highly recommend them I will be using this company in the future

Excellent service to correct an order error
I ordered what I thought was a pair of carbon motor brushes for my washing machine When I received 1 I checked the site and sure enough it was for 1 I assumed it to be a pair as no one would ever change a single brush I contacted spares4appliances and a gent called Brian had my issue resolved in a couple of emails Very helpful and understanding

Hi to be honest I would have been put off reading the other ratings but my experience seems to have been far different I purchased a cooker door some 6 months ago in the last week I noticed the glass had come loose I called them and spoke to Tom who asked me to send a picture of the fault which I did 30 minutes later he called back to tell me the item was in the post I received the delivery the following day so I thought it important to write this rating I would most definitely use them again without hesitation well recommended
