We were cheated So basically we have been an Internet
So basically we have been an Internet customer for a little over a year paying for unlimited data when they attempted to scam us with a thirty dollar overage fee When we called them out they removed the charge and then claimed to add us to unlimited for the same price as always So simply put did we pay for a highspeed service we didn t get for a year or did they try to pull a fast one Either way it is shady

Hung on by Sean today as I requested paper billing for about the fourth time from them Sparklight has shifted me to paperless billing for my business and I have requested paper billing for accounting payments Sparklight can hassle you when you do not pay them since you never got the bill you requested but other than that they are about useless Their service is ok at best as it often goes out Sparklight is HORRIBLE so find another service if you can

Outages almost every day
Outages almost every day Sometimes lasting many hours I m starting to think that they re not actually outages but instead the company is just turning off the internet so they can make more money by reducing the data used I actually lost my last job because of these outages I was working remotely but because the internet outages the company let me go

We have not had a business phone for two days here in Longview Tx We contacted No spark light and were told that only AT T customers were unable to connect to No spark light Maybe they should sell out to a better service provider one that has a working system DO NOT USE SPARKLIGHT

The internet always has issues
The internet always has issues sometimes it s down for 10-20 minutes sometimes days They say they will keep you updated but all they do is send a text every few hours saying the internet is still down I already know that because my internet isn t working Tell me what s wrong and when it will be fixed thats an update also let me know if you do eventually get it fixed incase I need to reset something on my equipment Get your head out of you ass do your job and provide the service I pay for

Outages like this are not okay
Going a whole day without internet that I need for my job thanks to them Random outage happened that was originally supposed to be fixed by 9 00 AM and is currently estimated to be fixed at 5 30 PM Don t get this unless you don t need reliable internet

Customer care needs work
Clerical error on their part was causing a rental account to not receive bills or any notices When asked for something showing the email they had to rectify a credit report for unpaid not received bills a John at the pocatello office wouldn t even attemp to be sympathetic or useful Also extremely short business hours The other agent was polite and helpful but damaged my credit for their error and left a bad taste in my mouth

Absolutely horrible service and customer relations I thought cable America was bad Sparklight takes the cake I ve been out of internet for months and the tell me they are fixing but have no idea when it will be fixed They sure know how to get the bills each month without a problem They hide the fact that their network is horribly over utilized and that they are too incompetent to resolve the issue in a timely manner and Expect people to keep paying for a service they are not receiving Thanks Sparklight
