Sexist and inappropriate
We got a call from Sparklight today after they d been given our number by our estate agent The man on the phone told us he wanted to come to the house to make it nice and safe so I can be a nice wife and have lots of kids Incredibly inappropriate and uncomfortable and we are honestly astounded at the outdated sexism and audacity displayed

Sparklight Service Is Horrid
Purchased Sparkling and received the modem a day or so ago Unable to contact support since their phone system just disconnects you after a few rings 24x7 service is a lie The modem has to be activated on their end Nothing like paying first months of Internet and having to wait for modem to ship and for them to decide when they actually want to support their service Had to call into the sales support line to get someone and have something done Wished there was some actual competition for service

Sparklight and the bulldix they pull
Sparklight is and very sub par company if not absolutely trash First you can tell by the fact they changed their name Second I have never ever in my entire time I ve been with them even seen 1 4 the speed advertised I am at 300mbps service right now and never receive anything higher than 28mbps Then if you complain they ignore you till somebody say I don t see any problem with your service and then they continue to ignore you

Spark light is absolute garbage
Spark light is absolute garbage They will send somebody to your house just to bs you run a temporary fix and leave you with the same problem knowing there s an issue They ve been out here literally 7 times with the same story and the same problem starts again within days If they weren t the only providers in our area we would be with a different company and we may get rid of them anyways Do not give your money to this company They are garbage and you d be better off using hotspot

Constantly losing connection
Constantly losing connection I wish AT T would become available in my area Was with them for 5 years and only lost connection once due to a really bad storm With sparklight it can be beautiful and sunny out and we lose connection Trying to work with a supervisor was a nightmare too She did not listen to anything or take notes which caused more issues as well

Abysmal Company
They are HORRIBLE at communication It took me setting up 4 different appointments to finally get service installed Then we moved 20 minutes away and had to transfer our service The tech did NOT communicate when he would be there tried to come early I left work and waited at home for AN HOUR Their service has a cap and if you go over the cap you pay extra It s a crappy company with crappy customer service

Shame on you
We have been with sparklight over 5 years Sparklight is taking advantage of the covid situation Last month my family all got it and because we where all home our internet usage has been high Sparklight is loving all the high usage charges and will not work with us Shame on you Sparklight for taking advantage of a difficult situation

We signed up for internet service with new wave communication sparklight bought them out and changed our service plan with no notice Instead of 70 dollars a month for unlimited service they started jacking up our bill for extra GB about 200 dollars a month we cancelled service and they keep charging us for the modem we call them and their customer service either hangs up or say they will call us back and never do one lady suggested we mail the modem to them Not that we have any idea where to mail it I guess we will just have to turn them into the federal trade commission

Bad CX Service and Inadequate Services Bad combo
I ve lived all over the country and had a multitude of internet providers The bar isn t set high honestly I get that all are big corporations and whether it s Comcast big or Spectrum small they all try to ring you for what you re worth for the least amount of work they can provide Understandable Sparklight provides solutions that DONT WORK and provide TERRIBLE customer service Other companies can have one without the other that make you turn a blind cheek but Sparklight is just awful We reset our internet on the low end daily Our bills are insane And the customer service is the worst in the industry Please don t go with them

Sparklight is a joke
Sparklight is a joke I am so relieved to not have to deal with their awful customer support outrageous fees data caps profit before consumer mentality all too frequent outages and much slower speeds than what was advertised and what I was paying for They ve permanently left a sour taste in my mouth and I will never do business with them again Especially during this pandemic they have used it as an excuse to not accept my router rental return and charged me a 100 late fee If any of you are reading this review and considering Sparklight as an option please let me stop you right there Cable One s rebrand was just that a rebrand and nothing else they are the same slimy weaseling company they always have been
