Amazing customer service

I recently bought a Caline Snake Bite Reverb pedal from Spartan Music via their website This was despatched and delivered very very quickly Upon receiving and testing said pedal I found that it caused a lot of buzz through the amp especially on the overdrive channel There was also very little in the way of reverb I contacted Spartan via email to describe the issue and got a quick response asking if I could perhaps video the problem and email the movie clip s across Long story short I returned the pedal it was checked found to be faulty and a new one despatched All in the space of a week Amazing service from a small store Would highly recommend this business to others

Excellent customer service and price

I spoke to Mark at Spartan over email to get his advice and subsequently bought a Biyang EQ7 pedal It arrived promptly but one of the rubber feet was missing I requested the missing part and it turned up the next week No fuss no bother This is excellent customer service and not only that but the pedal was the cheapest I could find it for Cheers guys
