On Monday I reported a manufacturing fault with a newly purchased and installed LG OLED TV Less than 24h later and at some distance a new replacement TV was delivered and fitted This was a rare manufacturing issue - outside Spatial s control Given the excellent service - I ll be using them again

I m not one to write reviews but feel that the service and products I ve received warrant a thank you I originally purchased a Sony TV last year when you could actually go into a shop The personal and professional service received from Kevin in Nantwich was superb I was looking for a mini hifi this year and found a Denon unavailable elsewhere in stock at Spatial with exactly the speakers I was looking for at the right price Again excellent service - this time from Russell online Products at the right price delivered on time with excellent support throughout - all from a family run business deserves a mention- well done all at Spatial - thank you

Had a great experience with these guys - bought a TV at a very good price through their ebay storefront Apparently they were having issues with their delivery partner at the time but instead of letting that affect their customers they hired a van and delivered TVs themselves by hand across the country without issue Very much appreciated - very professional service

Can t praise Wigan Spacial enough Sean and Gary both very knowledgeable prompt delivery and set up So much patience and very nice people My TV was fried after a lightning strike which was really scary It may seem a luxury but after hubby died it gets lonely New TV is even better than the original thank you so much for kindness patient to stuttering deaf and disabled person
