Product not received and no updates
Ordered and paid for the product but haven t received it by the delivery date There are no updates on the delivery date and I tried to reach out via email and phone and did not receive any answer I understand it s a busy period for retail but all I am asking for is some sort of customer service

Messy delivery
The delivery happened one day before the announced date so I wasn t at home and had to go to the post to get the package I ordered an Android TV of Daewoo which is said to support Google Assisted However it turned out there is no microphone on the TV or the remote so this functionality is unusable But apart from these two points everything was fine
