After being told by my dispensing

After being told by my dispensing optician that my crushed designer glasses were not repairable I remembered that spec tech had repaired some frames in the past I sent them off and although the lenses were too damaged I had new lenses and the frames are repaired to look new So glad I didn t bin them I had to wait a while but it was worth it saved me a lot of money Highly recommended

I handed my precious frames into the shop mid-morning Thursday last week frames had split and had been told was unrepairable totally heart breaking and picked them up the following morning with what I can only describe as an invisible repair It is not just the superb customer service I received or the super-fast turnaround time or the more than reasonable charges that has made me feel the need to post a review more for the finished result The repair is a work of art extremely skilled craftsmanship has undoubtedly gone into this and the result is ultimately better than new I genuinely find it difficult to see where the split was fixed both frame and broken heart I was very impressed with Martyn and his focus and dedication to his craft His business is clearly his passion and I will continue to take my standard optician business to him
