You have a valuable employee Faisal Rabea After 40 years with Bell Aliant in Customer Service I can honestly say that I am able to hear the truth honesty kindness and sincerity in a voice on the phone Every question that I asked was answered in clear detail Faisal was extremely patient and never hesitated to answer every question that I had I am always careful that any business that I do is legitimate and I felt very comfortable with Faisal His follow up to all my questions by email after our conversation were precise and exact Also I must commend Faisal for his clarity in all his answers for being so very polite and concise Also Faisal was very considerate with an older person like me who does not have a lot of technical and computer knowledge

Some companies still have real coustomservice
I have been writing this for over an hour I need to let people need to know how well your company staff has help me though this time I have been told I would not be able to get life insurance This worker had worked and spent hours helping me out I could not believe she took all this time and not made me fill rush me What company would let their staff take like that The company mustLet them be there to help and make sure I understood everything so I could not walk away and misunderstood or have question I hope other people will have the same understanding that I came away with Thank you
