Update To their credit SPECK have issued a new case and apologised This is now what one would expect from customer service Cases break within a year First claim not processed so bought a second this lasted less then a year Two cases down Warranty sent out wrong case Stay away

Speck overnight may likely mean 3 day delivery
I placed an order relatively early on a Thursday and paid the 20 fee for overnight delivery I was provided a UPS tracking number Unfortunately UPS never heard of that tracking number The reason I missed some unstated overnight deadline and since overnight for Speck does not include the weekend I am supposed to be getting my overnight package today 3 days later If Speck has an overnight cutoff time they need to 1 let the customer know that and 2 not take the customer s money Speck refuses to refund the overnight fee

Crappy Speck Laptop Cover
Bought an expensive laptop cover blue plastic clip on for my MacBook Air at Virgin It looked very pretty but did not do the basic job Cracked at all four corners within 12 months of purchase Now seriously falling apart An inferior junky product Speck refused to replace as I asked for a replacement in month 18 after purchase I recommend you look elsewhere for a quality product

They really deserve 0 star
They really deserve 0 star Bought the IPhone 14 Pro Max Phone cases couple of months ago It is JUNK Phone case is filthy and nothing works to clean it Speck won t stand by the product they said it s not covered by the warranty I will no longer buy any product from them Very dissatisfied now I have to buy another brand

I called them to ask about the warranty it s BS
I called them to ask about the warranty procedure I was told that they would replace the case if you had the receipt If you do not have it they offer a one-time courtesy replacement or so I thought After giving that first rep all of my info they said they were shipping one out ASAP I thought this was fantastic A few weeks later my case arrived It was the wrong case I had the Pro Presidio Folio a 90 case I received a much cheaper version I received that other model balance folio I called them about 5 different times got the same answer Since this is a one-time courtesy you get what you get This is BS I lost 90 because they won t take back the wrong case send me the correct one The way the reps talk to you you think you were tasking their money Terrible attitudes all around terrible service I m going somewhere else SPECK IS BS GO ELSEWHERE

Defective Product AND Poor Customer Service
I received a defective case but figured I paid for a premium product so Speck would make it right But when I contacted Speck the only option I was given was that I pay to return the case and then they could decide whether to issue a refund It has been a long time since I have had such a disappointing customer service experience

I requested a warranty replacement
I requested a warranty replacement after only 5 months The case is stained usually the other cases I had I was able to clean them but for some reason this one I m not able to clean it They do not want to replace it after I send them pictures Definity I will not be using any more speck products The customer services and warranty is not good they should back up there product
