True commitment to customer satisfaction

My prescription changed and I had to get varifocals for the first time which can be quite challenging to get used to The staff at the Strand branch in London went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my two pair of glasses including changing the lenses twice and adjusting the frames as many times as I asked I ve been a customer for 8 years and this experience given how challenging it was to get them right has just solidified my satisfaction with the brand
