Had an eye test was seen by Optometrist Jasdeep at Nicholson Street Edinburgh Jasdeep was really nice gave detailed explanations and found the issue I was having and prescribed me an eye gel which has helped a lot A

Having received bad service elsewhere I visited the new store on Team Valley Gateshead and was highly impressed From walking in the customer service was impeccable very professional and helpful Looking forward to receiving my new glasses and sunglasses in ten days time Would highly recommend this branch Special recognition to Ali Freya and the Assistant Manageress whose name I forgot to get sorry

Turned a negative into a positive

Having a challenging time at the minute and had lost my classes to top it off Specsavers were very understanding especially Ruth and really did d surprise me For a franchise they showed care compassion and understanding Ruth was brilliant She listened and heard then actioned Nothing was too much and she went that extra mile Then on collection of my glasses Aysha was great too very knowledgeable about the frames I d chosen and I learnt a couple of new things too about my eyesight Overall what could have been a really negative experience like the opticians I d stepped into before theirs was made so much better positive and easier in a calm relaxed way Thank you

Wanted to praise Specsavers Home Visit service - had a really good experience with my mum Appointment was easy to book The lady at the end of the phone was really helpful and the optician and his assistant who attended couldn t have been more helpful during my mum s appointment I m so grateful that this service is available - highly recommended

After being told to go to specsavers I eventually did and am so pleased with everything From the moment I was greeted when I arrived till the moment I paid for my new glasses Everything was fast and efficient My glasses arrived a week later and no issue with the varifocal at all only slight issue is the glasses slip down my nose but I am confident they can help with that when I call Absolutely brilliant service at Bedford Harper Centre branch
