Great experience today in Clonmel store Took in my badly damaged glasses expecting to have to buy a new pair Was told to leave them at the shop and come back in a couple of hours and they d see what they could do On my return they had repaired my glasses free of charge Many thanks to the staff - always polite friendly and helpful

I am not usually one for leaving feedback but after the stellar service I received in your Newbridge store recently I think that it needs to be recognised I was looked after primarily by two lovely girls Abbi and Chantelle They were very helpful kind and I received such a warm welcome and friendly informative service from them both I hope that you pass on my appreciation to them and let them know that I am very grateful for their help in choosing and fitting my glasses All of the staff in the Newbridge store were so pleasant and everyone there seems really happy and friendly It is so nice and refreshing to experience such a top class service So thank you Newbridge store and I will most likely be back within 6 months to purchase some more glasses because of this

My recent visit to Spec Savers in Omni Shopping Centre was a wonderful experience from beginning to end I was able to make an appointment that suited me and when walking in I was greeted immediately and show to where I was to go as they were expecting me I immediately felt like I was a VIP Andrea was the young lady to help me and boy was she incredible Polite professional and efficient She whipped me through the test quickly but patiently educating me about what was going on throughout the process This was such a breath of fresh air After sitting with another friendly and helpful young lady I was shown to the frames and helped find a pair that best suited my face and my budget I cannot thank Andrea and her team enough for making this whole process so easy and pain free If I could give more stars out of 5 I would I definitely recommend Spec Savers Omni

Above and beyond

I damaged my glasses one of the lenses was out and the frame slightly bent so I brought them into the Tallaght branch for repair The service was excellent they were fixed on the spot at no cost This is a brilliant experience and all with a friendly smile from the Young man on a bank holiday
