Not sure why all these bad reviews for Spectrum I live in the Dallas area and have very good internet mobile and landline service from Spectrum We finally dropped TV service but we had it for many years with no problems Spectrum beats out AT T by a landslide for customer service reliability and consistency I just love my Spectrum service Perhaps only people with complaints review on this site

Spectrum store doesn t accept phone calls

I was unable to make a call to the Wildwood Florida store so I made an appointment to visit the store to buy a phone The phone I wanted was not in stock and if I ordered it it would have to be shipped to my sisters house in North Carolina because I was on her account Geno said I could order from Apple and they would ship to my house Geno was very professional and knowledgeable and as he recommended I ordered my phone from Apple

Lifesavers Lacona NY Jaleesa and Judd

I would like to give a shout out to the amazing customer service I received when I messaged them on FB Jaleesa responded less than 30 mins helped me with everything to get a tech over to my mom s house as her phone wasn t working She lives in another state than me so explaining the situation to Jaleesa I was sure I was gonna get you need to be on the account but she helped me with everything Shout out to Judd the tech that went to my mom s house within 3 hours I thank you both so very much Keep up the fantastic work

Customer service rep experience

Have been having service outages for about a week now called customer service and spoke with Melissa who was of absolutely no help she took no interest in helping hung up and called back and spoke to Jenee and she was absolutely wonderful very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me i wish everyone there would take lessons on how to do their jobs from her

Just switched a month from ATT to Spectrum

Just switched a month from ATT to spectrum Paying half the cost and have much better reception in the mountains of Gatlinburg TN As for internet no problems yet with streaming on our 3 TV Should have switched 2 years ago I was told spectrum is using Verizon as their carrier

I spoke with a second customer service rep after a huge hassle with the first Her name was Mandy and she was working out of Columbus Ohio She was kind helpful and patient She is the reason I will stay with Spectrum VERY EFFECTIVE EMPLOYEE

I just spoke to a customer service representative in San Antonio Texas about my Spectrum cable service I m in Massachusetts and it was the best experience I have ever had speaking with a customer service representative the gentleman was well mannered well spoken and very articulate and smart I totally enjoyed the experience he got my bill lowered a little bit and I have no complaints at all with the customer service his professionalism was unbelievable I did not get his name and if I did I would give him five stars 10 if I could but it was the best experience I have ever had speaking to customers service at Spectrum

I m so greatfull Spectrum really has a true asset in their company and his name is Sergey He was so knowledgeable and efficient Honestly it probably took longer to drive to my home then it took to complete his task He was also so kind and easy to talk to and had the personality of a saint Thank you Sergey if I ever need help with cable again I hope you are the one who helps me
