I tried closing my account and reached out to customer service to do so I submitted the information I needed to close my account and was told I had to wait to receive an email confirmation 3 weeks went by and still no confirmation so I reached back out to their customer service I received a message asking why I wanted to close my account I gave them the information and they said they would be in touch The next day I received an email stating that my original email had been changed in their system and they were just notifying me of it I reached out to customer service explaining to them that that was not me that changed my email address and have not heard anything since Now because my email has changed in their system I can no longer access the app to speak to customer support and they are not responding to my emails There s definitely been fraudulent behavior on my account I ve reached out to their customer service department more than 12 times and have had no response I personally would not download this app and use it
