very poor customer service
very poor customer service I spoke with the clerk to ask what the status of my order who laughed when i gave my name as you don t get much luck do you all I wanted was information on how much longer it was going to be The responses I had of the clerk were very blunt and I would like to raise a complaint Then u was transferred to the manager and she was very rude on the phone laughing at me when I am asking basic questions no apology for the delay just was told an email was sent to me which i didn t receive the email I understand that not their issue but it just the way the situation was handled Angela gladding is the manager I spoke with and claim she was the boss I would just be mindful if you order off their website the do not update it so what they say they have in stock doesn t mean that they have it As of conversion was getting know where I ask if there was anywhere I could leave a review and I was told no So I just Google the business and they were on trust pilot I left my review on my experience which as a customer i have a right to do so by the response I had speaks volumes As well I think I is very unethical to call someone a moron and the change the comment 3 minutes later I have the screen shoot and I will be raising this further with trust pilot All of this could of been avoid by a simple apology for the delay

Always brilliant to deal with highly recommended
Always brilliant to deal with we order all of our concrete tools here and they are fast and efficient Even found us a rebar bender cutter that wasnt available Very reliable and and helpful

Efficient delivery and service
We ordered the good late morning on the Tuesday they were delivered by UPS on Wednesday One of the items were out of stock they contacted me immediately and I exchanged for a similar product that was in stock Will definitely use again Excellent company

Good company with some niche products
Good company with some items that are very difficult to get and at competitive prices I had a minor issue recently but the management were very helpful with reaching a resolution For example I couldn t find JagClamp XL in stock anywhere online but they were available through Speedcrete and at a price that blew everyone else out of the water I was impressed For bricklayers and anyone working with concrete I d highly recommend this company

Level of service excellent
I can t recommend the level of service high enough The speed of delivery was very quick and communication from the company excellent Had a minor problem with order but Nicky dealt with it really extremely quickly and efficiently Thanks for a great service
