I am really disappointed in the last Speedo suit I got I bought it in September 2023 I do aqua fitness twice weekly It s now January 19 2024 and the suit has disintegrated four months after purchase My last Speedo lasted well over a year Is that all I can expect from now on Debby Kirk

Terrible return refund process
I love Speedo suits and products but the return process is chaotic and unresponsive Items being returned to the West Chester OH warehouse are not being processed efficiently if at all When you call the customer service number to ask about your refund you get a courteous person who sends inquiry tickets up the line to management and then nothing happens No email response to the ticket I made a large order and returned most of it untouched in the box it came in I used the Speedo-issued mailing label and got a receipt from the post office After many calls Speedo acknowledged receiving the package in their warehouse 5 days after I dropped it at my post office They could also see in their system what I returned It has now been FOUR weeks and I have not gotten a refund and no one can explain why I would NEVER order directly from Speedo again

Package never arrived scammed by support
Package was marked as delivered but never arrived Reached out to customer support and they told me to fill out a form to open an investigation with the courier police and someone from Speedo would get back to me about updates and a reshipment as it s not their policy to provide a refund Days and days go by of emailing with support where they just keep transferring me to someone who says someone else will reach out to me but they never do Package was marked as delivered on the 4th but here I am 9 days later with no updates while they hold on to my money as all of the representatives from different departments who were supposed to reach out to me never have If they weren t such a big name I d assume this to be a scam but maybe they just have the worst policies and support ever

I d give zero stars if that were an option So as an update to anyone following this someone called Kayleigh from Speedo responded to my first review 6 days ago asking for further details I promptly sent copies of my proof of return receipts and a copy of PUDO s confirmation of delivery to their warehouse Has this issue been resolved Have I been refunded Nope I have had exactly zero communication from Kayleigh since the day she asked for further details I have left comments on Speedo s insta page but they didn t respond to any of them unless deleting my comments is considered a response Doesn t matter I said what I said And I will say it again Someone get me a loudspeaker

Potentially the worst customer
Potentially the worst customer service I ve experienced I started taking swimming seriously for the past year and Speedo is the brand that I use for swimsuits I ve always ordered from 3rd parties in Amazon so I hadn t had the misfortune to deal with their poor customer service I m well aware that the sizing of the swimsuits isn t very inclusive I m fairly fit and wouldn t say I m overweight but still wear one of their biggest sizes I saw online that there was a sale on Speedo s website and fell for it I ordered a swimsuit in the same size I have my other 4 Speedo s swimsuits I received it tried it and felt loose still I was dumb enough to give it a try in the water It just didn t fit sizing was completely off compared to my other suits I reached out to customer service and again I was dumb enough to be completely honest and said I used the swimsuit once I wanted an exchange because I liked the swimsuit but not the sizing but the website only allows for returns so that s why I tried using customer service Right away I was told I wasn t getting a refund because I had used it I understand the policies I understand that they don t do refunds on used swimsuits what was surprising was the complete lack of professionalism and not even trying to offer a solution like not a refund but a slight discount to purchase the right size Nothing I kept trying but unfortunately every time I d send a message a different person would reply every single one of them worse than the previous one Here s where it gets weird I received on my email a QR code to do the return I initially had tried after my conversation to get it but the website wouldn t allow me So I took the QR code went to USPS and did the return I informed through the chain of messages to customer service about this to which they responded we re not going to refund you we ll just send you back the swimsuit This is when I decided to file a claim with my bank it didn t make sense to send back a swimsuit that I had payed for without potentially getting my money nor the swimsuit back They kept repeating they wouldn t give me my money back Then I receive an email we ve received your return you ll get your refund in 3-5 days What was the point of making it literally impossible to communicate made me regret ever getting a swimsuit from Speedo again just to end up doing the easiest thing that was to just refund me Spare yourself from buying directly from their website no matter how good the deal is it s not worth it

I gave a PO Box mailing address and Speedo sent via UPS UPS doesn t deliver to PO Box This is Second order in a year this has happened I called the first time this happened They appreciated my comments but repeated same problem It s now 3 weeks after the order and numerous calls and was just given a refund Ridiculous service

Beware of this website
Beware of this website I purchased two items from them and after waiting 10 days the package was delivered to a completely different state When I contacted customer service they offered to send a replacement but only via standard shipping meaning I had to wait another week When the items finally arrived they were slightly too tight so I asked to exchange them for a larger size The answer NO No exchange no return no refund Even though the item was brand new with tags they still refused Now I m stuck with 70 worth of items that I can t even use Absolutely terrible experience

Awful Customer Service
Awful Customer Service Returned over 200 of merchandise and 4 weeks after they received still no refund This is beyond ridiculous the entire C S department needs to be Fired I ve sent proof that the return was accepted by their warehouse on 10 14 and have yet to post a refund It s now one month later There is no Phone and the Website makes you hunt high low to figure out how to contact them They ll send you a sweet message back saying they are checking with the warehouse which is not in the email they sent and then they never follow-up Annoying Rude I m about to just dispute the charges

Awful customer support experience They did not offer me any option for a return despite their item to be badly sized The order is 655439951 for Youth Briefs I checked every single email I received from the Speedo and NOWHERE it says in emails that this order is final sale However when I called them they denied return due to the final sale I dont remember seeing final sale when I purchased the item The basket does not show final sale as well Not a single word about final sale in my emails BUT I see 60 days free returns everywhere -- my basket and my emails However they rudely denied the return Gave no option of exchange store credit nothing Predatory misleading marketing extremely rude service
