The delivery was very poor
The delivery was very poor They did email to confirm they were delivering the following day but did not show I went back to reconfirm the delivery date again only to read the update another email should have just followed to update their not delivery that way I would have gone to their warehouse to pick it up since I was in the area I needed the product 1st thing in the morning I ended up buying from the local shop Better still Spell Beauty should switch to Royal Mail delivery

Awful quality urban infinity Locs Removed them from the pack and immediately noticed very rough and not soft like advertised Lost of fly always and unravelling already and I haven t installed them I bought 5 packs and thank goodness I only opened one Going on holiday and so now have to pay extra to do my hair Save your money and get cheaper and better quality Locs from Amazon Order 21640

My complaint is with your courier service DPD I waited for my package after being given a time slot I received a message at the end of the time slot saying sorry I missed you when I was at home waiting for the delivery I have now left the country and cannot collect the second delivery what now I am livid needed the contents before going away

Very disappointing for first order Pay for delivery DPD unable to deliver to my paid for address Left it at pick up shop not of my choosing I have to return the wig and pay for return delivery Not many customers will put up with this lost money already on an item I am not keeping Annoying I have contacted you I have to pay to return the wig back to you The order number is 23868

Honestly would give 0 stars as this is the second time I have ordered from this brand and been disappointed i follow them on insta in addition to some of their models I thought i finally found a hair shop to get from as I currently have none near me but the hair was unfortunately awful the material was beyond synthetic really cheap and horrible and hard to work with in general Honestly really disappointed

Second order and last
Second order after returning the first at extra cost to myself of 5 50 I got 4 99 refunded back The second wig which is 1B colour does not look 1B but colour 1 Not gonna waste more time and money send this one back Just not gonna order again Just disappointed

Buyers Beware If sent the wrong items you will pay to return for refund
I ve been a customer of Spell Beauty since 2018 and until my last order I considered them my top shop for hair extensions therefore I recommended them to family friends clients and online hair forums I frequent Never again This last order they sent me the wrong colour extensions which I could not use I informed them of their mistake and it took two days for a limp response They told me to return the items and they would refund the shipping cost which is to be expected since they made the mistake I told them I would be returning using the same delivery company they used to send my order They told me to send the receipt once I paid which I did The return shipping cost 14 39 so before shipping I contacted them to ask if that price was ok because I didn t want any disputes about my refund They guaranteed there wouldn t be an issue and to send them a copy of the delivery payment receipt which I did immediately after arranging it Yesterday they refunded me for everything but the return shipping Thinking there must be a mistake I contacted them They said they refunded me for the original shipping cost only and offered me a shop voucher instead of a refund which was not the agreement nor what I wanted Thankfully Paypal stepped in and agreed to refund me

Order cancelled twice
I had my order cancelled twice and told it was due to a fraudulent transaction without basis Almost all my purchases are made online no matter how big or small as I have limited mobility but this was my first time using Spell beauty My first order was placed in good faith and paid for via my PayPal account which already has good security checks in place so I was surprised to receive an email a few days later telling me my order was cancelled due to a suspected fraudulent transaction What fraudulent transaction if it was authorised by PayPal The order was paid for spell beauty When I emailed my objections I was told I can try placing the order again which I did and this time I used a credit card believing it might be a smoother transaction but unfortunately another email arrived with the same message as before informing me that my order was cancelled due to fraudulent transaction On what basis would you cancel my order twice please I emailed my question to your customer services and was ignored I have not had a good experience and wondering how many people this has happened to but may have been too embarrassed to get answers

The positive reviews must be fake
I placed an order with this company just before 10 30 with the belief that the order would be delivered next day and because their website clearly advertised that this was possible At 13 54 they emailed me to say one of the wigs in my order was out of stock and whether I wanted a refund for that item or the whole order Considering I work full time and I m not checking personal emails every 5 minutes I did manage to respond to them 1 hour later and asked if the out of stock wig could be replaced with an alternative wig which I saw on their website I also asked them to confirm whether my order would be delivered the following day which was absolutely critical because I would be travelling the day after An hour after sending the email I received no response so I sent another email asking them the same question The response I got was that unfortunately the order cannot be delivered next day cause the 14 00 dispatch cut off time had been missed whilst they were waiting for me to respond to their email So basically they had emailed me at 13 54 and expected me to respond within 6 minutes They did not call me on my phone which would ve been the common sense thing to do if an urgent response is needed nor did they apply good customer service by dispatching the item in my order that was actually in stock So I m now left with no wig for my upcoming travel and I m having to chase a refund from them Absolutely appalling way to treat customers and given that it was my first time ordering from this company I will not make the mistake of ordering from them again
