I did receive a sun lamp that was defective I believed I would have a hard time returning the sun lamp I called my credit card company and wanted to dispute the charge After a few weeks I made the dreaded call to Sperti sunlamps I spoke to a woman Jessica Loggins She was extremely pleasant and eager to help She sent me a new machine with a tracking number and a prepaid return label for the original one It makes a world of difference when the person on the other end of the phone call is courteous considerate helpful and professional She even sent a follow up email telling me it was a pleasure speaking to me I was extremely happy with this experience And by the way I love the sun lamp Great experience all around
