It s a spic and SCAM We have booked a cleaning lady paid a deposit unfortunately no one ever came After contacting Anne from the customer support to tell that the cleaning lady is running late for 2 hours - we got an answer that it s due to traffic Later Anne told us that the cleaning lady managed to get in the apartment The truth - no one ever showed up therefore we requested to reschedule cleaning for the next day - received an answer that the cleaning lady already arranged it with the owner of the apartment yet no one ever came nor spoke to the owner Friendly advice - avoid any interaction with this SCAM company
