I updated my new credit card details with Spinnup to avoid my subscription expiring in 6 months time but Spinnup treated this as the start of a brand new subscription When I tried to obtain a refund I was told it was my fault for not reading the small print and that there was nothing they were prepared to do about it Not what you expect from a supposedly reputable company

Spinnup has been great for me before

Spinnup has been great for me before But recently It has proven not to be that good I ve been having some issues with my sales report Spinnup has only sent me pre-written answers that has nothing to do with my issue On top of that the support always marks my case as solved when It s not and If you reply to the bad answer from them they send the same one I m starting to think there s legit a robot working for their support Now I sit here without any explanation or earnings Really really sad

Avoid at all costs-Uploading Errors Song Title

The worst experience with a distributor I tried with Spinnup because they offree free single distribution due to the pandemic I uploaded my project one month in advance and they still hadn t sent it to all the stores Also they made a mistake with the song s title Outrageous

Worst distributor on the market

Terrible just terrible they changed my release date out of nowhere and created so much hassle for me They also provide a very limited service compared to other distributors On top of this it s ridiculously expensive By far the worst distributor on the market

They disappointed me

They disappointed me I released my song today and haven t even got my unique streaming code I feel like crying as I wanted everything to be perfect and like I expected it should be I m actually in such a bad mood and I will never never use their service again this is the last song Probably will move it to another service like distrokid

Feels like this service should have been seamless but there has been a number issues accuring from thin air

Terrible support and no help 3 weeks using them as a platform and definitely a bad decision Falses promises of promotion lied about the support We opened a case with them and it took them 10 days to reply something that was not even related to my questions Spinnup should not even be associated with Universal Music it s a terrible service and the data provided is very minimal

Terrible service one of the worst customer support systems ive ever seen I was told by them that if I sent my song off to stores way in advance I would receive my promo link before my song was released It is now about a week after release and still no promo link or reply from customer support DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Stick with one of its competitors such as distokid as they actually take pride in they re work and in assisting they re paying customers unlike Spinnup

no customer support I ve been trying to use spinnup but get perfectly fine music album art rejected regularly and we have no way to contact them we are going to miss a planned release date because they have no customer support way to edit a release very disappointed with this product
