My experience is always great with spiral rain The ACTUAL owner has literally more than one time taking the time out of her day to respond to any questions that I have As well as her employees go Way beyond the usual lines to make sure you get exactly what it is you want it the way that you wanted it That s not even the greatest thing about them the most beautiful and greatest thing about this company in general is the amount of care and concern they have on making sure your experience with them is not only what you pay for but what you ve requested are wanted I ve had other subscription boxes before however I m completely astounded just at the personalization and care I ve received And I am pretty sure that I have been an annoyance at times messing up my orders e t c yet I ve never once with me to feel that way the response time from them alone is worth more than five stars not only is it just about buying and receiving products that but you have the option of actually being taught in learning whatever you re craft you ve chosen
