I ordered the same outfit in two sizes
I ordered the same outfit in two sizes has a Christmas present for two different people It was ordered weeks ago and they just sent me an email that it was out of stock I ve been trying to get a hold of somebody but there s no phone number and Now the sale price is no longer available and I will never be able to get it in time for Christmas even if I chose something else Nobody tried to help Awful customer service and honestly their clothes are way overpriced

Poor protection of customer privacy and information
I received 3 copies of a recent promotion - one with my name and address and two others with my address but with two strange names I called the store in UTC and all I got was a shoulder shrug from 2 employees and one was rude to me They said they had no information and could not help me I told them this could be a hacking of their site and I was concerned about my personal information I was told to enter my complaint on their website I did so and attached copies of the error And weeks later NO REPLY OR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT of my issue at all I will NEVER deal with this company again I am appalled that they don t take privacy of customer information seriously and don t even bother to respond to customer issues - which might indicate a serious problem on their end

Poor sizing and terrible customer service
I bought 2 pairs of sweatpants for my twins sized Age 7 per tag When my boys turned 7 I took them out for them to wear Well the sweatpants came to just below their knees My kids are about 60th percentile for height and as such are not giants by any means I contacted Splendid com about their poor sizing Instead of being curious about this and owning a design mistake and making things right they referred me to the store where I purchased them at Stanford mall I called Stanford mall store before going as I didn t want to waste my time The store was very pleasant and said yes they could take them back just come in with the receipt and see the manager However when I arrived at the store they didn t take them back stating they were too old I said yes I bought them 2 years ago and stored them and that is exactly what I told you over the phone This was a wasted trip The store took no ownership and referred me back to Splendid I went back to Splendid who sent me back to the store I told them I was already at the store Then Splendid told me that the store said they offered me an alternate product and I refused as I didn t like the style which is in a word rubbish After a few more back and forths now based purely on principle I have decided to just not purchase any more from this retailer My poor experience prompted me to write a review which I dont typically do If you buy from this line go in with eyes open the product is sized very poorly and there is no connection to the customer experience whatsoever

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service I purchased a sweater cardigan which immediately started stretching and pilling horribly I complained to the company who responded not their problem I should buy a tool to shave off the pilling I have had wonderful cashmere sweaters There was mild pilling over time This sweater looks 5 years old after wearing it twice Deeply disappointing

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM I purchased a coat from SPENDID and saw nowhere on the website or during the purchase process that it was a final sale I contacted them via their website and email within days of receiving the coat but they would not accept a return I asked if I could exchange it and that wasn t possible either I tried calling them and got a voicemail where did not even identify the company Not too professional They obviously don t care about customer service and obtaining a long term customer An exchange would have been fair and possibly kept me as a customer There were other items on the website that interested me and I probably would have spent more than the original 136 Stick with Nordstrom or even Walmart where they operate honorably

I purchased two small t-shirts
I purchased two t-shirts in small I had been away at two conferences in between ordering and returning and so it took me a few weeks to contact them for the return I needed to exchange these for an XS and did so by contacting the company within 40 days of purchase First I drove to the store 30 minutes from my house and they shared that they couldn t exchange return an item placed online because they are separate systems - which is absolutely ridiculous I then reached out to Splendid com online customer service and I was then informed that they only allow returns exchanges within 30 days from the order date not receipt of the order at my home - so beware you only have a short 3 weeks to exchange return an item Splendid - if you reply here do not state that your return policy is clearly listed on your site Ticking a box is not a return policy and three weeks is not enough time to return an item You re hoping that most people get busy and then you stick them with the items so you have less returns I was a first-time customer to them with my online purchase I spoke with customer service and I appealed to a supervisor neither would make an exception to simply exchange the size of the two stock t-shirts that they carry all the time These t-shirts are not seasonal items These were over 100 total and they have now lost a customer for life

SCAM Charger ordered 2 months I got a few emails saying the product was being processed then shipped etc but it has now been at some mystery delivery company for 6 weeks and they can t provide any further information Do not order from this company

Total SCAM
Total SCAM There is no Customer Service department from what I can tell - no way to reach out to anyone We ordered a playpen - still in China weeks later We tried to cancel but no response Had to put a stop payment on the charge card DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
