Costumer service is not reachable

Original review Placed an order on Wednesday but according to their website it s not yet shipped out I am also not able to reach out to them via phone which is very frustrating Yesterday and today I have sent an email but no reply so far I am a bit worried that this shop is a scam Update Splendith reached out to me to explain why they couldn t answer my inquiries The information was also indicated on their website but only in Dutch and therefore I missed it They also called me to confirm that my package has been dispatched and provided with the tracking via email The package arrived next day nicely packed
