Congratulations Turned Sour

I contacted Spontex to congratulate them on their Handy Sponge product it really is a great absorbent sponge and we ve used them for many years I don t normally write and say well done but felt it was deserved A little while later I had an email back asking me to send the faulty sponge back - they had completely misread my email Wrote back advising them that I was actually saying well done but since then I ve had no apology or even a simple thank you - not a great customer experience so wont bother again

Bought the new mop and brush floor cleaner for 40 00 wish I hadn t could of got a simple mop and bucket for a tenner it s totally rubbish steer clear waste of money I binned it after one useless use RIP off

Bought Spontex Twist Mop need superhuman strength to get all of the water out of it Been over a week now and it s still wet in spite of hanging it up as suggested If it stays wet will possibly go mouldy and smell Would be alright in a decent summer if you could hand it up outside not sure what you re expected to do in the winter Can t recommend I m afraid

Bought a spining mop a few months ago probably used up to 10 times as we have cleaners the idea of it is great however everything is falling apart the whole handle is falling apart every simgle piece it is so poorly made it s unbelievable We were so excited when we got it this is the biggest buy disappointment

Spin mop good housekeeping recommended Don t know who tests the products 20 and a waste of money can t use it in a hurry something spills can only fill the bucket half way won t connect to the pole that s in the bucket to dip it in or spin it Actually have to manually attach which means rubber gloves because the water is too hot Sorry but it s now in the garden ready for the tip please save your money especially now finances are bleak put the 20 towards your heating bills this winter

4 pack scourers were purchased from Waitrose which I took to mean that this would be a trusted product My partner used one I realised cos it was no longer dry I asked if he d knocked over a TCP bottle since the pad stank of peroxide he said no I then used a second pad in person same outcome NOWHERE on any printed matter on packing or online does it say what these toxic scourers contain To penetrate grease in a prolonged fashion it begs the question what is being activated within the scourer Smells shocking and leaves a distinct smell on crockery not eating off those dishes Terrible
