spoonflower has excellent customer service I had trouble with an order and ordered the wrong product but they were very willing to work with me and helped me fix it I will diffidently be buying from them again

I can say this company has been great If I have had a problem they responded and worked with me on it I have also never had a late payment I love knowing that that orders are not sent out to third party factories You may wonder why I as an artist am leaving this review its for customers and other artist to know this company is worth their time

For the first time I received an order I was unhappy with - the print wasn t as crisp as it normally is and I filled out a form on the website to get in contact to hopefully have my order replaced A Spoonflower representative was in contact with me within a day and within three days my replacement was in the mail to me in Australia It only took a week or so and it was perfect
