Thanks to their customer service level I did the best decision ever

Some sarcasm included but not far from true One of the most horrible CS experiences ever I was shocked I never bought mounted skis before online and I asked for some advices included picture with the specification Reply was fast but short and rude that do not accept back mounted skis There was no reply to my question no kindness just a cold reply that did not even answered my question This is the clear sign to me to get off from such company as they will never treat my with basic respect and if I buy from them next experince would be probably even worst I feel dissapointed because my their attitude towards customers clearly shows to avoid them in the big loop before giving them my money and opportunity to cause more troubles than joy Sincere review from your clear not even customer yet

Great prices brought me to this website but i was fooled by them such a poor expirience i oreded my skis on 15 09 2024and on 16 09 2024 they were dispatched oh it is fast i thought but in one week skis were never tobe found i waited one more week and the decided to call them they said they willclear it with the dhl ok i tohught 27 09 2024 called them again what answer they said they will contact the dhl i said ok 8 10 2024 skis didnt come on time for my trip and i called them again now i was furious it turns out the person who works on mycases Franz to be excact Is a lazy a s he only work on mondays so he wrote me an email ant i wrote back 3 days after no answer and on 11 10 2024 i got some smart guy who told me that i only asked for help on 8 10 2024 i said no i already called you befor and he said that to help me he need NAMES of people i was talking to isnt this fu cking sutpid yes it is so now my second trip is coming and i think they wont come on time either so i wish they willhire staff which work and also isnt rude cause that guy who asked me for name was shouting and also fire Franz whoever he is 11 10 2024 NOW

Amazing i bought skis and bindings they sent me an e-mail if i wanted them to put the bindings on I think this will have changed the delivery time but it is reall nice that they do this the price was also extremely good and cheap 390 on v lkl and 199 on conrad and there were a lot of other discounts It was also a very fast delivery it could already be deliverd in 5-6 days
