Trying to scam me for 38 euros when I haven t been a member since 2019 September 2023 they sent me a reminder to pay 38 euros immediately followed by an e-mail that said it was incorrect and that I should ignore the e-mail This month I get an e-mail from Cannock debt collecting agency that I have to pay 78 euros The customer service does not understand what is going on at all and is giving me unsatisfactory answers and are completely trying to scam me

They are still charging me even though i cancelled my membership 2 months ago They are thieves dont be a member here They confirmed so many times that this would never happen again and 3rd month they charge me 229 i dont think this amount of fee even exists Seriously how difficult is this to cancel a membership

The manager Ruben at Spaarneboog is a very unpleasant person He has zero customer relations experience After asking him to look for a towel I left the night before He pointed to a spot and insisted I stand there When I questioned him on this he said if I didn t the police would be called and remove me from the premises I then said I would leave the gym and his response was he didn t care This is the manager he doesn t care All over a missing towel What a way to treat a 70 years old person

Withdrawn payments couple of times per month
Every month they withdraw payments couple of times from my bank account and now they say i have open payments which is not possible I checked my bank account for May on 3rd 17th and 31st 49 99 Eur were withdrawn from my bank account so I refunded 2 of them back and still they say I have to pay 99eur For what reason I sent the screenshot of payments from my bank account Not nice to make people stress withdraw money couple of times per month for no reason No response to my questions in the email and only sending email stating that I have to send money to your bank accounts Looking forward to the end of my subscription

Having ended my subscription with Fit For Free in 2020 due to COVID measures in place with no open balance at the time now Sport City has been chasing me for weeks to collect over 100 they say I owed Intimidating customers threatening with collection services and legal measures had no choice but paying them I was lucky they didn t decide to charge 1000 just because I would never use not recommend their services

1 Month membership doesn t exist
A similar experience to a lot of other reviewers I was told my 1 month membership was cancelled even having written confirmation on a physical receipt I was subsequently charged membership fees which then went to their debt collection agency leaving me no choice but to pay for months I did not use their service A massive shame for the business to run so immorally given the actual gym and staff were great during my time there

Just a reminder to the next people If you are decided to go to the gym in SportCity straight to a year 60 EUR per month is worth otherwise you have to keep paying for the whole year even though you don t go in the month or the next month or if you wanna cancel for the rest of the months which is not possible because you made a contract with them There is no flexible understanding on that I have never heard of it at the other gyms which I m playing at the moment Scammers

In the beginning they do follow-ups and give calls motnhly subscription but as soon as you subscribe longterm they only cash in and dont care where you are or what happened Theyve been cashing from my account for three years without asking why they never saw me i was badly injured and not able to train When i rang the alarmbell about what happened they just sent me the random sorry you re leaving email Theyre even making me pay another month disgraceful

Very Money Grabbing I was desperately trying to cancel my membership as they secretly hiked the price very high after my yearly membership ended - with no communication They are very difficult to get a hold as they have no customer service to contact just an email in which I never got a reply from I would avoid as there are many other better options for gyms
