Terrible service should not sell to UK

Terrible service Possibly the worst experience of buying online and trying to return items They don t make it clear that all deliveries to the UK now have additional duty to pay by you the customer If when you try to return items the have to be sent back to Italy at your cost and then they get stuck in customs I retuned 2 pairs of shoes that we so small for the sizing i could not get my feet into them on 16 June and today on 10 July I am still waiting for the items to clear customs in Italy and hopefully i might actually get my money back at least the 315 for the shoes but not the 73 that FedEx are chasing me for in duty

Scam Site - Avoid

Ordered a number of items that were supposedly despatched I tracked them with the number provided but smelt a rat when there was references to local Sorting Office locations that didn t exist near me The tracking then stated the items had been delivered to my address with a signature This was not the case no items were ever received I have since tried to make contact via all emails provided on the website and invoice but with no response Now in the process of raising a charge back claim with my credit card company Scam site avoid

Bad experience la sportiva never again

I bought a pair of shoes of the model ultra raptor and the right shoe had the sole deformed in such a way that it was impossible to use it would have caused an injury not only to me but to anyone who dared to put it on because it twisted your ankle Fortunately the e-shop refunded me I wanted to give a try to this brand that had good reputation but after this never again

Bad quality and terrible customer service

I never usually write reviews but these shoes were the biggest disappointment I bought the T4 womens GTX boots and within a month wearing a few times a week the plastic hooks for the laces snapped off and the laces themselves had started wearing through and the sole was wearing at an incredibly fast rate for the amount of use they were getting I tried to speak to customer services they were extremely unhelpful and would offer no solution Wouldn t recommend for their quality of products or their customer service

Pair of katana climbing shoes ruined in 2 monthes I ve contacted the customer support to see if they could do something As i have sent my shoes for repair it usually takes 3 weeks and i will climb outside in 1 month they didn t understood telling me that they couldn t do anything as the shoes were going for repair They didn t propose anything Very bad customer service and they ve lost 1 customer

Zero Quality Control

Purchased my first pair of La Sportiva trail shoes via SportsShoes Com - had to return the first pair due to one of the shoes being deformed and very uncomfortable to wear They were exchanged without any fuss Upon receiving a replacement pair I now wish I d requested a refund The quality of both shoes is terrible I can only assume La Sportiva have zero quality control There is a thick glue residue line right around both shoes where the sole is attached at the bottom which hasn t even been applied sufficiently I can already see where the sole is going to separate I will not buy from this brand again

Don t trust their manufacturer

Don t trust their manufacturer warranty Poor quality and no durability Bought a pair of boots and the mesh broke within 10 days Simply rejected the manufacturer warranty saying there is no manufacturer fault

This is a total scam website Ordered hiking boots-took my money fast and they cover up any investigation by saying they sent the goods but send a cheap Nike knock off baseball cap worth 50cents to you instead to cover up their scam You can t contact them at all Criminals who are working out of China

Tarantula climbing shoes seam parting after just 12 climbs

I bought some La Sportiva Tarantula climbing shoes for indoor bouldering Within 4 weeks the seam were coming unglued I took them back and had a replacement pair under warranty Within 8 weeks they were also falling apart at the seams even though there was no wear anywhere else on the shoes My son climbs several times a week and his climbing shoes are worn but his seams are all intact but they are a different brand I am hoping that la sportiva sort this issue It is impossible to contact them direct you can only deal with quality issues in the store where you bought them I have now got a different brand which seems to be better bonded together
