Terrible customer service Terrible platform Would not recommend anyone to subscribe or even use it for what it matters Highly ineffective very useless platform as the users are few and not responsive and also terrible tool set you can t even select which part of London I am regretting profoundly to purchase anything with them I asked for a refund 2 minutes after I subscribed as soon as I realised it was mistake They replied saying that there is nothing that they could do Whilst I assume I subscribed I can t believe a business doesn t have a grace period to cancel the services You are better with facebook and it is for free

Sport partner is scam I can t remember I subscribe with them they have been taking money from my PayPal account since April 2019 12 95 per monthOn their website I can t login as they do not recognise my email address they do not answer the phone and they do not answer the email There is no help line on their website and no contact us link They are based in Amsterdam

Scam AVOID

Just like everyone else are saying This site is a big scam I unfortunately did the mistake of subscribing Chose the 3 month subscription don t remember seeing just for 1 and of course they deducted all the money for all 3 months right away even though they made is seem like you pay per month You get fake messages but the thing is you don t know that they re fake unless you re a paying member I just hope that I ll be able to remove my subscription my deleting my account because there are no payment options of course so you can t delete your credit card details AVOID AVOID AVOID at all times It s a travesty how sites like this are even allowed to exist Disgusting Oh almost forgot The 5 stars are 1000000 either the owners or paid comments Shame on you

So this is pretty much useless You can t access the main feature unless you sign up but even then when you get matched the other person does not respond as they probably left this platform long ago

Shocking customer service on asking for a refund on not being happy with the product - no reply after 3 emailsNo refund policy App is a good idea but simply not ready for it being a paid for service - don t bother with it - and definitely don t pay for it

Really not worth it

Really not worth it - unlike others here I think there are some real people on there and had no problem cancelling BUT even if you buy premium membership the people you write to can t write back unless they also have premium membership which most people don t have so it s all a bit pointless really If they made it so non-members could at least reply to premium members it might be ok

Thanks for the honest review The couple of positive review must be from those behind the scam I live in Switzerland and registered my profile without any information about me Immediately on the second day the website showed that I have some enquiries But I could not read them without paying the membership After reading other reviews I confirm that this is a scam portal Just avoid this site where ever you are

I m so glad I came here before paying for a membership I had a feeling something so not right as soon as I could not see any of these messages if they even exist there are hardly anyone in the app save yourself time and go on Meetup its so much better and there are many group and individual meetups happening

Basically a scam As per other reviews they offer a monthly cancel at any time sibscription for 5 69 You ll receive a message from a local match which I suspect is fake In order to view the match you have to sibscribe - lo and behold they then deduct 71 from your account without your knowledge They also set up a recurring payment if you use paypal and also a direct debit with your bank Fortunately I m with the Halifax who refunded the full amount immediately and informed me of the unauthorised direct debit set up on my current account Shame I didn t read the other reviews on Truspilot first at least I got my money back
