Terrible customer service If the item doesn t suit you they don t cover the return costs You have to send the item back to a postal address in Portugal and print your order confirmation yourself
The customer service of this company is rubbish I ordered a sports bra that doesn t suit me and had to chase the team for about 10 days to get a response And guess what If the item doesn t suit you they don t cover the return costs You have to send the item back to a postal address in Portugal and on top of that print your order confirmation This is the first time I ve ordered from this company and it will definitely be the last time

I will never order from here again
I will never order from here again I ordered three items They were too big so I reached out to ask for an exchange I was told to file for a return The returns site is automated apparently and will not allow you to fill out the form if it deems your item nonreturnable I was unable to file for a return or an exchange and given no reason as to why I reached out to customer service and they were unable to provide me with a reason for why I could not return or exchange the items other than I am outside of the return window I asked customer service how is this possible when I tried filing for a return on the exact same day I received my package I still have not heard back from customer service and will be filing a complaint along with this review Do not lose your money to these people
