Customer Service from Ivan Monroy I swapped with Spot-on for multiple reasons payroll menu kitchen display and tailored restaurant software However as with every new software there is a learning curve but thanks to customer service and attention from the company I am able to run multiple restaurants on the same platform Highly recommended

Job well done
After ten days of anguish stress and uncertainty due to a hold on our Chase bank account which was resolved thanks to the persistence of Mike especially and I the SpotOn team of Susana and Jon were ready to go and in one business day the cc sales were deposited as promised Many many thanks and congratulations for a job well done Hopefully this wouldn t happen again but in any case we know now that we are in good professional hands

Way to go team
We have been a Spoton partner for 4 years and have always had great service from their team recently we added another location and decided to use Spoton there also because of their great service Chris Jones who is part of the client success team was very helpful and i am glad that people like Chris are there to help clients of Spoton succeed and become profitable Thanks again Chris and the whole Spoton team

Jonathan Smith knows the SpotOn platform
One reason we chose SpotOn was for its customer loyalty program but had never utilized it We requested a training with Jonathan and he demonstrated the platform from start to finish outlining all the benefits and integrations He answered all our questions thoroughly and in a manner that made it interesting to learn through his sense of humor and smarts He is a huge asset to our restaurants

Michael milios is my spoton savior I have 5 locations and he always is available for questions and issues Michael is more knowledgeable then the call in tech support by far If Michael wasn t my support rep I probably wouldn t have made it this long with spoton

Highly recommend SpotOn
SpotOn has been fantastic as we ve started our new business We couldn t be happier with Jerry Wells He always gets us answers right away and advises us on what the next step is as we grow We asked him a question at 9pm and got an answer from him at 10pm the day before Easter He is honest and a true pleasure to work with Highly recommend SpotOn for any size business Give them a shot at saving you money and the headaches

We had a technical issue that caused
We had a technical issue that caused our system to go down for a couple of hours on a very busy day SpotOn worked diligently to get the issue resolved and maintained communication throughout the entire process The next day Chris Jones called to personally make sure that all of our POS systems were back up and running smoothly and was able to negotiate subscription fee credits and waivers on our behalf SpotOn handled this issue efficiently and effectively

Declined Orders
We were experiencing an issue with chargebacks and SpotOn was quick to try and fix that problem However the solution resulted in a full day of automatically declined orders across several locations It took some time but they got it all figured out and resolved Not only did they work diligently to resolve the declined orders issue but SpotOn also gave us a credit for each location due to loss of sales and unhappy customers

Great platform
Great platform Spoton helped us a lot during the crux of the pandemic when we were switching our operations to online and to-go orders only When dine-in started we were able to manage our inventory better and training staff was relatively easy and simple There were a few minor glitches but for most part it served the purpose The online ordering option has been a boon and worked liked a charm for us The reporting features are great
