Such a disappointment 4 clematis and they did not

I ordered 4 clematis and they did not bloom or grow My raspberry echinacea just died in the pot I m a seasoned gardener so this was no fault of mine I would like my money back please

Should have read reviews first

On 04 02 after finding bulbs and bare roots in catalog I ordered online On 04 07 went online to check status and look for details on the bare roots they are now showing as sold out Sent email requesting a status update and should I order elsewhere or cancel order and refund my money No reply so on 4 10 sent email advising that I was canceling order and demand refund back to credit card No reply so on 4 11 filed dispute with credit card company for a refund Should have reviewed reviews before ordering and saved myself this aggravation

Extreme disappointment

I purchased a Violet s Pride rose for a memorial garden in memory of a lady whose name is Violet I chose the field grown larger rose in the 3gal pot After waiting over a month the rose was shipped Intuition told me to video myself opening the box and I m glad I did This rose bush that was supposed to have an established root system had two roots and you could tell it was a small bareroot that had been shoved into the pot and covered with wet mulch Most of the mulch was in the plastic bag that the pot was placed in The rose had 5 small buds on 5 broken canes Half of the rose bush had to be pruned back and the remainder of the plant is still wilted Now I must stress that the customer service workers are always the best and I did receive a full refund but I will not be ordering anything from Spring Hill or their sister companies A once great company has lost their reputation Don t let them give you that we re going to make a one time exception about giving you your money back Demand a refund

Customer service is TERRIBLE

Customer service is TERRIBLE I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a delivery They told first its one day then another Today I was told they were very busy- and maybe it will go out this week or next Really have not practiced the art of customer service nor to they even care

Absolutely the worst

Absolutely the worst Ordered a rose 2 months ago Followed the website daily It was never updated All I saw on my order was unfulfilled Called several times customer service seemed bothered that I called Kept getting poor shipping dates that were pushed back over and over They NEVER contacted me or apologized I m done Don t do it Find another nursery

Product I purchased was a lie

I m actually really upset I purchased a Mayer lemon tree from this buisness 2 years ago and read the discription very carefully Spent 110 On this lemon tree to have the grafted part of the trees rootstock over take and kill the Mayer lemon part of my tree No where in discription did it state this is a grafted tree that would not be a fruit tree Funny I found a myer lemon tree at Lowe s for 39 95 that is not a grafted tree and is living and producing plenty of fruit I m extremely disappointed this was not disclosed and I paid so much for a trash tree Don t let these people fool you too

Was ordering from them Disappointing quality Last order none of them grew Didn t realize it was them not me I tried a different company Proven Winners showed me good quality and good customer service

Don t Be Tempted To Order Buyer Beware

Worst experience with ordering trees flowers shrubs and bulbs I ve been using Springhill Nurseries and their sister companies for over 20 years and have had the absolute worst customer service experience this year They ve always had a Lifetime warranty on everything I called to discuss a rose bush that I was having issues with the last two years I wasn t asking for a refund just some help understanding the two rose bushes I spent 69 99 for each bush as jumbo bare roots Both rose bushes were supposed to be Grand Dame which are a deep pink rose Both of my bushes have reverted to the original rose roots which are Dr Huey and they re known for killing off the graft I didn t understand this when I ordered my roses and didn t understand it until I did further research after contacting Springhill for help Customer service told me roses don t magically change colours and I obviously was trying to get free roses I wasn t asking for a refund or new roses I just wanted to understand what had happened The representative went on to say they only do a No Risk Guarantee that says you will receive a healthy bareroot and if you don t immediately complain there s nothing they can do Representative wouldn t even help me to speak with one of their master gardeners or even a supervisor I had also ordered plants this year that arrived dead or they completely substituted with items that weren t even close to what I was ordering Plants took over a week to arrive and when I complained that they were dead representative tried to tell me they didn t ship a live plant and I needed to wait for eight weeks and give it a chance I received a potted dead plant and the description even stated it was shipped in a four inch pot I would not recommend anyone use Springhill Nurseries nor their sister companies Also beware ordering Hostas as they have the HVX virus
