A new gem of a network in the UK
I joined Spusu UK over a month ago and I have high praise for this network The signal is fantastic Customer service is A1 - instant friendly responses through WhatsApp Very useful app displaying your usage billing etcYou can upload a voicemail message if your own choice in wav format - if you need to do this Great value plans 500 free minutes to European countries including calls to mobiles That s a lot to like from a network The only negative I have is that I am unable to get 5g on my Pixel phone but they have assured me that they are working on this I don t understand all the negative reviews on here as my experience has been very positive so far

Easy setup amazing service
Needed a decent SIM for a few months while back in the UK Super easy install and setup just scanned the QR code and it was working Not only that but cancelling the contract was super easy just emailed them and they sorted it out immediately with no fuss or retentions team calls like most providers try and do

I was very skeptical about taking a sim only contract from the company not heard of them but thought I may as well give them a try for their price I had an issue with connecting to android using the sim no fault of their own Got straight to customer service within a minute over the phone and he helped me get my android system connected Amazing customer service Thanks again
