Upon purchasing this product I ve had to reinstall four times because their product is it what it s cracked up to be I ve had nothing but issues and have followed all directions by the company to get the logs that is Promised upon purchasing Don t expect to get the logs that is Promised and the other thing is is a little notice on top that says the monitor device needs to have space available in order to get these logs in which I did I cleared up all the caches on all the apps and I ve even deleted some apps To my surprise when I opened it up that notice is still saying it after all I did There really isn t a 100 spy app out there that delivers what is guaranteed upon purchasing

I paid for the one month plan since there was not a free trial and I wanted to make sure it really worked for me I sat with my husband as we put this on his iPhone As soon as we got the phone to link to the program there were about 30 porn photos that downloaded to his phone This was not something he looked up I have been checking his phone every couple of days I was very disappointed in this app

The software itself is a joke It does not update and any history or data that is provided for calls and texts is incomplete and lacking any substance Data from specific apps is non existent apps that are definitely being used You will receive a no records found for any app you attempt to view and email produces the same results The target phone receives a popup anytime they reboot their phone and it temporarily slows the phone way down making it clearly obvious that something is going on In addition their customer service is unprofessional and they will tell you everything is fine when it is most definitely not fine and the app is not functioning as promised They will refuse to give you a refund citing they are bound by the Refund policies Please save yourself some trouble and look for a different service
