Do not use this agency I reserved a holiday rental in Quberon for August 2024 and paid their cancellation insurance My husband had a terrible accident in May and was hospitalised for five months before being transferred to a nursing home Despite his consultant completing several forms to reclaim my deposit they have refused to refund my money We have requested a form to be sent in English on numerous occasions to help us understand what the problem is They have constantly refused to do so My husband and myself are both pensioners and cannot afford this loss especially at such a stressful time This is a cold heartless company
