Their complaint system is woefully inadequate and the decision on any complaint as laid out in their policy rests with them so they believe they are judge and jury However they are subject to legal norms of the healthcare system and as such you will need to progress any complaint to the correct authority to get satisfaction

It s a scam and gives your health data to third partys
I m concerned how much life insurence with Polly that allegedly made for mum s is partnered up with this a company that gives away your data to third party companies that try to scam and phish money from you I m pregnant and have MATB1 certificate for free healthcare I went through all this at my consultation where the doc agreed and that was fine and assured there was no payment needed I needed some morning sickness tablets perscribing ASAP so I thought I d go through Square Health The next day after the consultation I got an email that just said my nickname that is also within my email addressed to Kat Martin not even my real name I clicked on it and it was allegedly from Square Health Ltd with the email sh pper w rldpay c m It came in my Junk mail had a marked next to it didn t show any images for my protection and Outlook flagged it to and told me not to click any links This is what the email said Square Health Ltd are asking you to make a payment Following your recent consultation with one of the Digital GPs on our panel we kindly request that you make payment for the processing fee of issued ancillary document image pay here Amount 10 00 GBPOrder Description prescriptionOrder Reference PBL-10a 003Tv0000045f6iIAAPlease click here to make this payment Pay nowThank you Contact Square Health Ltd Email digit team s uarehe lth c mTelephone 0330 822 1776 There was a Pay Here image that was very pixelated and it was a mix of bold and red writing we kindly request that you make payment for the processing fee doesn t sound necessary are more like a ask and see what we can get situation Also an ancillary document wouldn t make sense in the slightest in this scenario And it a common buzz word when it comes to scams I sent I picture of the email to chat GPT and it pointed out all the red flags When I replied to the email it was directed to the Square Space email They were persistent in asking for wanting my nameNameDate of birthMobile numberBut they seemed to know the doctor I spoke to They replied Please be advised Square Health Services under the Clinic in a pocket app are a value-added benefit to your current Insurance policy With this being said there are ancillary charges associated with the distribution of documents under our service such as fit notes prescriptions and referral letters These ancillary charges should be disclosed during your consultation yesterday at 10 12pm With Dr It definitely wasn t disclosed but more shockingly they actually ended up agreeing and dropping the charge I can t say it was greatful since I shouldn t have been charged to begin with Something else that was sus was I had to go in to my pharmacy the day prior to order I presented my MATB1 certificate they confirmed the prescription was free and all was well The next day after the suspicious 10 charge have been removed I went to collect the 20 tablets for morning sickness the pharmacy suddenly wanted 70 and they didn t understand why it had changed either There s the argument that it s privet but it s through my life insurence I have a MATB1 certificate and the day prior everything was fine and free it could be a mistake on the pharmacy part but overall the whole experience was an E tire waste of time Polly are investigating Also during the consultation they wanted to share and connect to my doctor to share when medication they had prescribed me and to ensure not of my medication was conflicting and safe for me during pregnancy When finding out about the third party involved with my data I called my doctors to remove any kind of access They told me that no access had been requested I was both happy and concerned that they didn t know any of my history or medication My doctor s assured me and told me to call and they d sort out the prescription so I can go and collect it with my certificate It s been an absolute farce I wouldnt recommend this to anyone you might get to talk to someone but the legitimacy is questionable you can also be put at greater risk if they don t know your history as they claim when they claim to allegedly share this information with your GP S Not only that you don t know who is getting their hands on your information

I was offered the Health Check as part of my work benefits but having done it 3 times I still do not have a full set of results always seems to be a problem with the blood sample I provide but having followed the instructions very carefully there is either something wrong with the instructions or their processing once they receive it

I have been using their online doctor
I have been using their online doctor for years and it was a great experience until recently when I encountered the most rude doctor He seemed eager to finish the conversation quickly and repeatedly interrupted me while I tried to provide information especially as I m not familiar with medical terms which caused delays as I had to refer to my notes Despite my appointment being scheduled for 15 minutes he insisted on booking another appointment if I needed more time and only talking about recommendation letter so he can make money from it instead of listening to me At the 13-minute mark of the conversation when he still wanted to end the conversation and could see that I was refusing I questioned how much time I actually had left He informed me that we had already gone over the allotted time stating it was supposed to be a 12-minute appointment After contacting SquareHealth to raise my complaint I was informed that it was indeed supposed to be a 15-minute appointment so he even lied about this I m not even surprised as he seemed to want to finish the conversation in the first 5 minutes I seriously don t believe I m dealing with a healthcare professional It s disappointing that I felt like I wasn t being treated fairly due to his attitude I have raised my complaint but never received any response from them

Gp appointments for this service as a bonus with my medical cover Not worth it For a start the app doesn t remember your username and it s a long number so need to constantly type it back in - annoying Gp was late after 8 mins of pending screen i tried to refresh the application got kicked out of consultation couldn t get back in Gp phoned me a few mins later fine Gp complained my photos were not clear enough Explained this was why i had been looking for a video consultation Gp advised bandwidth for video calls on platform would not facilitate this well anyway Fine will know for future lets discuss instead Call went downhill from here however Very low quality interaction Cut off from speaking over a dozen times Asked gp to stop doing this was told he d already given more time than i was allotted I had been on the phone for 7 mins Pointed out that gp himself had been late Feel like i could have explained much quicker without the interruptions to the benefit of all concerned Overall was made to feel like a liar and a hypochondriac If gp had looked at pics beforehand and advised he needed better quality or simply given me the benefit of the doubt and trusted my written verbal description i would have considered him far more professional If you are considering purchasing insurance that offers this service as a benefit know that it is not worth much of anything Go to your nhs gp

The finger blood test kit arrived fairly fast but the problem is that it doesn t really work I had hardly got enough blood to fill 1 10 of the amount required and did it on 2 fingers So had to throw everything away

I paid for a health MOT and was advised of what sounded like a very well organised service After paying for the health MOT I was informed the coordinator would call me later that day to arrange an appointment for a nurse to come to my home and take bloods I waited 3 days and after not receiving a call I rang back and was told the coordinator is on annual leave and will call me the following week to arrange the appointment The coordinator got in touch and arranged an appointment for a nurse to visit my home to take my bloods Today is the day of the appointment and the nurse has failed to come and failed to call The health MOT is an absolute sham and I would not recommend it I asked for a refund and have now been advised that only the coordinator can proces refunds unsurprisingly she doesn t work on weekends and I will need to call back on Monday morning Complete and utter chaos

Health Check Assessment
Had a Health Check Assessment done and a third of it was marked as unable to complete due to damaged insufficient sample Asked if they can send me another one to repeat it as I definitely followed all the guidance in the pack regarding how to collect and when to post the blood sample only to be told no go to your NHS GP if you are concerned about the missing results Year on year more items on the check get marked that but I ve never has this many and for them to simply refuse a re-test is just really bad customer service Why offer a service you are unwilling to deliver
