I wouldn t even give them 1 star if it was an option Tomorrow will be 1 month I ve been waiting for my reimbursement that was suppose to be paid in 24-48 hours is what I was told when I filed my complaint on my printer I was told I d receive a Visa gift card and then 48 hours later was sent an email telling me that now I d receive a check instead within 6 business days and never received it Have talked to them several several times and like I said tomorrow will be 1 month exactly and still NOTHING Well after I posted my review a gentleman named Shaun Terrance called me just a couple hours later and wanted to know how he could help me to feel better about my experience He was very helpful and polite and understood why I complained and said that they don t believe in service like that Well overall I m very happy now and just wanted to say thank you to Shaun for his help and understanding

Insurance worth the more than the cost

I purchased 2 12V Gel Battery 2 packs for a new EV that runs on 48V as well as this protection plan After less than a year one of the batteries failed I was reluctant to use the insurance at first I had purchased insurance for a rather expensive professional heating pad for my wife a few years earlier that went bad in less than a year and found out the insurance I purchased at the same time refused to cover the item insurance not backed by Allstate at the time I was expecting the same this time However Allstate paid me back for the purchase the same day I sent the request I am amazed and overwhelmed by their friendly response and quick action For expensive purchases in my case anything over 50 If insurance is offered I will always purchase it An insurance policy that actually does what it says it will at an extremely fair price is hard to find Thank you Allstate and to a lesser degree squaretrade
