Scummer tool I wanted to test their paid tool when I get a 3 days trial i never use it because it was not a good tool for me They never write a email to me about cancelling my trial membership now I even try to cancel it but there is no option for it Now they trying to charge meLiterally f king scummer

I wrote my first book with Squibler and ChatGPT In the past I have done many things in the world of graphic design and typesetting I was initially quite pleased with the formatting options within Squibler However upon exporting the book in any format the typeset is completely and utterly blown out I mean to the point where I have to completely start from scratch using a word processor When I say blown out this is an understatement I sent several screen shots to their support department and never got a response After about a month of frustration I managed to email the CEO Josh Fetcher How I did that I don t really know other than I replied to a random message from him Fortunately he responded promptly I told him about the situation and he said his engineers would help export the book with better formatting NOPE They sent me the same rag that it generated prior I told him it s no better than before and he thought nothing of it apparently and washed his hands of it I told him I wanted a refund and he refused So now I m sitting here tearing my hair out trying to re-format 11 000 word piece of garbage thinking all the while if I could give this software and staff -5 stars I would do so in a heart beat Do not waste your money and time on Squibler thinking it s going to churn out a quality product I m very surprised no one else has had this problem

Negative Review of the PlatformUnbelievably Disappointing ExperienceThis platform is an absolute disaster It lures you in with grand promises and claims but what you actually receive is nothing short of a nightmare Instead of fresh engaging content you are bombarded with the same repetitive chapters over and over again It s infuriating to see such a lack of originality and effort put into their offerings Ridiculous Refund PolicyTo make matters worse they have an absurd policy that denies refunds after just 7 days This is not only unreasonable but also shows a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction If you realize within that short timeframe that you re dealing with a subpar service tough luck You re stuck with it no matter how disappointing your experience has been Empty Promises About ImprovementsThey claim to be working on the issues related to duplicate content but let s be real this sounds like nothing more than a hollow excuse How long can they keep saying this without any real changes It feels like a ploy to keep customers hanging on while they continue to deliver the same lackluster product Avoid at All Costs In summary do NOT waste your money here The frustration and disappointment are simply not worth it Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a platform that truly values its users and delivers quality content

Pure horrible company I spoke my displeasure Wanted to end my subscription I was told until I asked nicely and was told that they would continue to charge my card until I asked him to nicely stop They only ended my subscription when they realized I had it email thread with all of it in there asking them not to charge my card I had to remind him It would be fraud if they continue to do it but Josh the owner personally sends the emails and thinks he s the ruler of the world freedom of speech and you re right to say how you feel and emphasize why you don t like his app isn t good for him

I signed up for Squibler to write a book and at first it seemed awesome and I was excited to use it But there was some glitch about switching me to desktop mode which is how I signed up to begin with never used my mobile and it won t let me sign in I ve emailed Josh several times with no resolution Now I ve given up on Squibler Very poor customer service

I used Squibler to help me write some publicity blurb It was fast and easy to use I think it s an excellent site for anybody with a lot of copy to write and not enough time energy creativity
